Proteins bind together via their interface. It is important to determine how proteins interact through interfaces to understand protein binding mechanisms and to predict new protein-protein interactions. My study is about the computationally efficient prediction of protein-protein interactions at the structural level on the proteome scale using deep learning approaches.
